I gave her a quick head shake and she left as quickly as we came in. No sooner did Ali leave than I was being swept up by Ira. “You must tell me everything about yourself! A real player, in the master file with us? How exciting!”

My life wasn’t nearly as exciting as what was currently going on, but I did my best to fill her in. I told her about the garage I lived in and even that my real name wasn’t Vector, that it was Ash Wilde. When she heard that she squealed with joy. “Does Ali even know you’re outside name?”

I’m sure she did if we’d been connected as she told me. “If she does, she doesn’t use it. She only refers to me by my gamer handle of Vector.”

“Then allow me to use it, Ash.” There was something very seductive about her smile. “It’s been a long time since I talked to someone as interesting as you.”

Ira got even closer to me, her massive chest pressed up against me. It was very hot and erotic. “Well you seem like a very cool girl.”

In one swift motion, she pulled her shirt over her head. In a flash, her hand undid the bra that held those mammoth globes in place and they flopped down, landing on my shoulder and arm. For the second time since coming to this world, I was in a spot where my mind wasn’t thinking clearly. And in a good way. I bit down on that big nipple that was lying there, waiting to be taken.

She let out a soft moan and I did the same to the other. Soon I was working both of them, rapid back and forth motions trying to keep pace. Her hand reached down and felt my hard-on through my jeans. She unzipped them and pulled it out of the boxers holding it. She began to stroke it so fast that in no time, I was cumming all over her skirt.

Before I could apologize, she did something so hot that I was back in the game. She wiped it up with her finger and plunged that digit into her pussy. The moan that escaped her lips was the perfect amount of pleasure and tease. Her hand hadn’t let go of me, so it began to fill her fingers once again as it hardened back up.

“That was a very naughty boy. Don’t waste this precious stuff on my skirt when you can put it in here.” She guided my hard love member into her already wet folds. I slid right in like I’d been meant to fit in there.

Half standing and half leaning, Ira was in total control from this angle. Her heels made this the perfect height for our little romp and she was having the time of her life. With each thrust downward, her eyes got a little bigger, rewarding me for getting hard quickly again. I looked down and saw a nice tuft of blonde hair around the lips. I loved girls with some hair.

I felt a twitch in my leg. It was coming on fast. “I hate… to ask… but is it safe… to cum inside?”

“I don’t knoooow,” she half moaned in my ear. “Do it anyways.”

Her throaty voice made the choice an easy one. If there were to be consequences, damn them. I arched my back a bit and felt the rising tide about to erupt from my erection. As soon as it did, her vaginal walls began milking my cock for all they were worth. Cumming inside of her felt so good, like this was a vagina meant for me.

The moment we both finished, I slumped over, tired from all the exertion of the day. I was still inside her as she ran her hand over my eyes and whispered, “Sleep well, Ash. We still have a lot of time left to play.”

  ****

I woke up to the feeling of a hand gently stroking my cock. When I opened my eyes, I saw Ira sitting beside me, massaging the full length of the shaft. “Wakey, wakey sleep head.”

  “How long was I asleep?”

“Not too long, maybe an hour? Ali came to check on you and was pleased that you were resting. She wanted me to tell you to keep that up and she’d be back in a bit to take you exploring.”

I was excited to see Ali again, yet I wasn’t disappointed to be left alone with Ira for a bit longer. There was just something so amazing about the girl. “I guess I’m in your capable hands until she gets back.”

The soft palms of her hands continued their task at keeping me turned on. I hadn’t really noticed what color her eyes were until now, as the deep hazel color was locked in on me. “I hope you don’t mind, but I really need some more of what you’re giving.”

What guy would mind an insanely hot chick wanting him to fuck her brains out again? “Whatever you want, you can have.”

That was all she needed to hear. She whipped her leg around me and once again, I found myself deep inside this incredibly gorgeous girl. The second time wasn’t quite as bang-bang the first time was, as we both enjoyed the feelings and sensations that a shared passion will bring.

Soon enough though, I was ready once again to unload another round of liquidly passion deep inside her digital womb. Her eyes practically begged me to finish the job and without hesitation, I did. Over and over again, squirting with each thrust into her. It was pure magic.

She finished shortly after me and then we helped clean each other off. I was also curious as to why my oculus didn’t go off. I had leveled up after having sex with Ali, but apparently not with Ira. Either way, it was still freaking awesome and I was having the time of my life.

By the time Ali got back, we were playing some sort of weird card game that Ira called Taret. I wasn’t the quickest learner, as this was a side quest in the main game I ignored when I was playing via controller. As I was catching on, I was kinda sad that I didn’t play sooner.

The object of the game was to choose five random cards from your deck. Each card had a face value depending on the strength of it. Cards could be mythical monsters, important people in the game, and vehicles. Ira gifted me a starter set, which wasn’t all that great. Still it was a game of chance and Ira didn’t take any cards from me when she won. The first game I was able to beat her, I was able to choose one of the cards she had played.

She pointed to the rare raid viper king card. “Much like its counterpart in the B.O.R., the raid viper king’s card is incredibly strong. I have a second in my deck, so feel free to take that one.”

“Sweet, thank you!” I picked up the card and slid it into my starter set with a grin.

It was at that moment Ali had come in. “You were right Ira,” she said with frustration. “After everything I told him and everything we have to lose, he still won’t get off his lazy ass.”

“I’m sorry, Ali.” She stood up and Ali gave a sly look at the stain on her skirt. “I did warn you that he wasn’t interested in anything but himself.”

I’m not sure why I didn’t think of this sooner. “You said Norad, right?” She shook her head yes. “He was an optional boss in the game. I actually beat him to get the Hellhound Motorcycle. It’s what I was using to race the Electric Mile against Draxler.”

Her eyes went big. “He has the Hellhound? That pompous asshole.” She punched her hand against the wall. “That is good information to know, Vector.” It was odd after being called Ash by Ira to hearing Vector again. “When you are strong enough, maybe taking him on will be the kick in the balls he needs to remember who he is.”

I didn’t know about that, but still. As she was brooding under her breath, my oculus chimed again. This time, the notification took me to the ally screen and Ira’s name had been added. Where Ali was level forty-eight, Ira was at thirty-six. We also had a one hundred percent trust rating. Ira had seen this and winked.

Ali snapped back to reality after another minute or two. Grabbing my hand, “C’mon Vector, let’s go see what new weapons are in.”

As we left, Ira shouted, “Come back soon you handsome little hunk!”

  Chapter 6 – Legendary

The main level of the Neon Underground was like the world’s coolest flea market. Guns, explosives, ammo, you name it; you could find it here – for the right price. I didn’t have many credits to my name, and I’d just upgraded my equipment through scavenging, so I was okay there. That didn’t mean I still didn’t like to window shop.

At Fast Eddy’s Emporium, I saw behind one of the locked up cases the legendary sniper rifle, Armageddon. The special magazine that was inserted into the barrel o
f the gun let the energy bolts act like a full metal jacket bullet in the real word. The effects of getting hit with one of those were… damaging. The price tag on it too reflected its legendary status. It’d be a long time before I had ten million credits to drop on a gun.

So yeah, I was like a kid in the candy store and Ali was the voice of reason. I picked up a few sticky bombs, seeing the price at five credits a bomb and thinking that was a great deal. I loved stocking up on these things in the game. She, however, slapped my hand and told me to drop them. “Raid viper babies drop those like crazy. Don’t waste your few precious credits on something we can gather back out in the B.O.R..”

I did as I was told, knowing she was right. Raid viper babies were a nuisance and I generally avoided confrontations with them due to the time it took to kill them. If you stumbled upon a pack, it’d take five, six minutes to kill them all and who had that kinda time? I was always in a hurry to get to the next plot point.

Ali let me continue to browse the market as we wandered deeper and deeper into the market place. As we passed the last booth, I saw a very curious dagger catch my eye. I’d never seen it in the game before, but that didn’t mean much. Edged weapons were never my thing.

The cloaked figure holding down the shop saw me looking at it. Pulling their hood back, it revealed an older woman with grey hair and dark blue eyes. “Holy shit, you’re the Oracle.”

“Yes I am, player. I do believe you chance encountered me in Coffin Cliffs during your previous play through.”

This was a rare encounter. The Oracle appeared to different players at different times. On the chat boards, there was a lot of anger over the random nature of her appearances in the games. Some players never ran into her. What her role was, it wasn’t well known, but when I encountered her in the game, she’d given me the map to find Norad’s hidden temple. That was the only reason I’d been able to get the Hellhound motorcycle.

I didn’t even know what to say. I bowed my head and said, “I’m grateful you remember me, Oracle lady.”

“Ash is your Earth bound name, is it not?” I smiled and gave her a quick nod. “I shall use that, not the name that is creating tremors in our universe.”

  “Tremors, ma’am?”

She walked over and opened the case containing the dagger I’d originally found interest in. “No matter how crafty you tried to be, Ali, your actions haven’t gone unnoticed.”

The hot cyber lady behind me seemed nervous that the Oracle was addressing her directly. “I thought you of all would’ve been happy to see the player in the game. It is the only way to defeat Zeus Industries, as you very well know.”

Her eyes danced with mischievousness, “You mistake my words for chastising. Nothing you could’ve done would’ve stopped those with intent from finding out.”

“Do you mean Zeus Industries found out about me already?”

“That is not the reason I’m here, Ash.” She took the dagger from the case and handed it over to me. “Even in a digital world, fate plays an important role going forward. Those on the outside would call this a glitch in the system, but I’d like to think of it more as a gift.”

The moment the dagger touched my hand, I felt different. My oculus buzzed and vibrated repeatedly on my wrist. I put the dagger on the counter and slid open the main menu. Where the gunslinger designation had been, it was no longer there. Instead, there was the word – Sentinel.

I slid the menu over to achievements and joining the first two unlocked with one with a question mark in front of it – The Oracle’s Chosen Defender and it was worth one hundred points.

Closing everything out, “My class has changed and I’ve unlocked an achievement called ‘Your Chosen Defender.’ What gives?”

Her hand touched mine. “My role has never been neutral, no matter what program was installed. Going forward, you will be the first ever Sentinel, a sign that the Oracle has picked her champion.”

I took the dagger back again. It went from a clear form into a pale blue with zigzag that seemed to encompass every shade of yellow. “This is a legendary weapon, isn’t it?”

“It most certainly is.” She smiled, offering little more. “One day it’ll save your life.”

Ali snatched it from my hand before I could question her more. “This is also a key, isn’t it?”

The Oracle cackled a bit at her. “Nothing gets by you, does it? Yes it is a key and one Ash is strong enough, it’ll allow him to unlock the final room of a secret dungeon; one with great treasure waiting at the end.”

Another hidden dungeon? That blew my mind. “Fuck, that’s so cool. I love secret levels and powerful treasure.”

“Speaking of dungeons,” here came the reality check, “if we are done here, Oracle, I need to prepare Vector for his first task. The abandoned power grid in the B.O.R. is no place for anyone to waltz in at his current level.”

“My apologies, I was just excited about throwing my lot in with him.” She gave me one last smile. “Ali is a bit hard headed, but follow her lead. I believe in you, Ash. You’re the player meant to finally beat the game and free us from Zeus Industries.”

“Thanks Oracle, you’re cool as shit.”

And with that, Ali led us away from the old lady. When I turned around to smile at her once more, both she and her booth were gone.

  ****

Back to the task at hand – the abandoned power grid was the first real dungeon in the game. To get there, one had to race through the B.O.R. on their vehicle of choice, avoiding both raid vipers and pirates. The last stretch was down a treacherous canyon road that was barely wide enough to navigate through. It took a lot of practice to get used to the tight turns and hazards.

To be allowed entry on to the road leading to the power grid, a player had to reach level ten or the gates would stay locked. “So, how do we get this guy up to the level I need to be?”

“While you were fornicating with Ira,” I bowed my head in mock shame, “I was chatted with the admin of the Battle Games.” The Battle Games were hosted in an arena that players could venture into for experience and prizes. “He’s agreed to let you enter, if he gets a cut of your winnings.”

That was house money I’d be playing with anyway. “Sure, I’m down with that. Plus it’ll give me a chance to try out this new class I’ve been gifted.”

Her eyes narrowed, but she didn’t comment on that. “Let’s head on back then, if you’re done with the market.” I was. “The entry level tournament is due to begin once we get there.”

  Chapter 7 – Contest

The battle admin was looking me up and down. “This runt wants in the entry level tournament, eh? Well, it’s on you, Ali.”

“Don’t worry, Cyrus.” She winked down at me. “This one has it where it counts.”

Man, she had a lot more confidence in me than I did at the current moment. Cyrus snickered and led us back into the holding area where tournament entrants went through registration. There was a digital display against the back wall, offering up a place to put in all your information. “Never saw this in the game.”

“That’s because your player profile was updated the moment you loaded the game to your console.” That made sense. “But let me offer you a word of warning – these consoles are not secure. Be very careful what you enter.”

I walked over to it and looked over the information it requested. Nothing too out of the ordinary, just like my name and current class. Remembering what Ali said, I used the name GrimmsReapers and listed my class as gunslinger. Something told me Sentinel would set off all sorts of alarms.

With the registration completed, it was just a waiting game. I think I dozed off and Ali was content just to wait there with me in silence. Before I knew it, she elbowed me in the arm. “Vector, they just announced your number.”

Sure enough, my registration number was up on the screen alongside my fake gamer handle. With that lit up, it was time to get real. I checked my pistol and put on my goggles. With all the upgrades from the B
.O.R.., I was ready to get this thing going. I could practically smell the levels flying up! “Fuck yeah, let’s do this thing!”

Ali guided me over to the doors and they opened up, leading to a hallway. “I’ll be up in the stands. Good luck, Vector.”

I took a few steps forward and the door began to close, separating me from Ali for the first time since she found me in the city. There was only one way to go and that was forward.

  ****

As I entered the arena, the small crowd began to cheer. From the tower at the top, the announcer began to get everyone fired up. “For those of you still here, let us welcome our final entrant in the rookie level tournament – GrimmsReapers!”

To say their response was underwhelming would be overstating things. These virtual people didn’t give two shits about me. I figured most were here to see their fellow NPC’s get beaten up by whatever monster or pirate the good folks at the battle arena caught. Too bad, people, I was here to disappoint you.

Across the arena, the opposite door opened and a small dog like creature walked out. This was a B.O.R. hound from closer to the old power grid. It snarled at me, the muscles in its neck tight and ready to attack. I had my pistol in hand and the targeting goggles fired it. All we needed was the signal.

A loud klaxon horned erupted and the B.O.R. hound was off. The damn thing moved so fast that it was hard to keep in the crosshairs. I fired off two shots that totally missed, but the third shot clipped him in the leg just before he got to me. He tumbled on by and I put two more in him and sent him to the digital graveyard. The quick, fast action brought the crowd out of its stupor.

“Would you look at that?” the announcer roared to the crowd. “It looks like GrimmsReapers means business today!”

There was no time to gloat in a fast victory. The doors were already opening again, revealing my next opponent. This time, a thin pirate walked out and he was carrying an old style rifle with him. He looked particularly pissed and didn’t even wait to begin. He fired a shot off at me, sending me diving to the ground in a panic.
